1. Information We Collect & Meta API Integration
MantionPlus integrates with the official Meta Instagram Graph API (utilizing approved scopes: instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_messages, and instagram_business_manage_comments). We process data received via Meta Graph API webhooks and direct user interactions. This includes Instagram business account credentials (access tokens), user-scoped IDs, comment text, direct messaging content, and customer interaction logs voluntarily generated during social automation workflows.
2. How We Use & Protect Data
Data accessed through Meta APIs is strictly used to execute automated direct message replies, comment responses, and keyword trigger workflows configured by the account owner. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer Meta API data to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or unauthorized entities under any circumstances.
4. Data Retention & Meta Data Deletion Instructions
Temporary message event logs and webhook payloads are retained for a maximum of 30 days for system diagnostics before being permanently purged. Users can disconnect their Instagram account at any time from the Channels tab in Settings. To request immediate and permanent deletion of all account data and Meta tokens, please visit our Data Deletion Instructions Page or send a request to support@mantionplus.in.
